A passion project developed over the span of 10 years now. Revolves around the ongoing battle of power between the Rogues, people that have unique powers and abilities who are identified by their unnatural eye color, and the Bounty Hunters, the largest anti-Rogue organization in Ginsmouth City dedicated to protecting those without powers.
